| Uwe Pirl joined adjuga in December 2010. After his studies at the University of Heidelberg and legal training in Mannheim he worked for more than 10 years at the Heidelberg office of a large commercial law firm. His main specialization lies in corporate law, M&A transactions and insolvency law. Uwe Pirl is a certified insolvency lawyer ("Fachanwalt"). |

Furthermore he advises corporations in real estate law, commercial tenancy law as well as in connection with drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
Uwe Pirl is an active table tennis player and board member of his sports club. He is particular interested in historical gardens but also in history in general. |
